The only way to take HUD-less screenshots on this game is to join on a server as spectator.

Land of The Dead

This game already provides a console command called hidehud for hide the game HUD. Use it only when joining on a Invasion or BladeIN-based server (since when you join, you will appear as a spectator until you click to spawn).
